Call for Submission
As an ongoing effort to promote emerging photographers, PhotoEmerge is now accepting portfolio submissions for group shows, single exhibits as well as artist development projects.
Submission Requirements:
In order to be considered for collaboration with PhotoEmerge the artist should have either a completed body of work, or a project that will be completed and ready for display no later than 60 days after submitting for review. Exceptions will be made for those who are interested in participating in development projects (a development project is considered an idea or work in progress by the artist, for which they would like to be helped by PhotoEmerge to make the project possible).
PhotoEmerge will not accept any attachments to submission emails. Submission portfolios have to be viewable online. If artist statement and resume are not available online, the text can be copied into the body of the submission email.
The following steps are required for your portfolio submissions:
1- Send an email to submissions@photoemerge.com and in the subject line mention "PhotoEmerge Submission"
2- Provide a web- link to your portfolio site
3- Copy and paste your one page artist statment in relevance to your submitted portfolio into the body of your email
4- Copy and paste your resume into the body of your email
